RALEIGH, NC—The national law firm of Baker Donelson continues to grow its Raleigh/Research Triangle, North Carolina, office with the addition of Scott Bowers, a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate Group.
Mr. Bowers concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial real estate development, and renewable energy project development and finance. In handling his clients’ most complex transactions, he often assembles and leads multidisciplinary and cross-border deal teams, and coordinates work streams across varied legal specialties in tandem with other professional service providers, such as investment bankers, M&A strategic advisors, external tax and accounting advisors, civil engineers, architects, and project managers.
