Brown Rudnick Expands Energy Transition Practice With James Douglass

LONDON—International law firm Brown Rudnick LLP today announced the appointment of James Douglass as partner and co-chair of the Firm’s global Energy Transition Practice Group.

Brown Rudnick has one of the most active energy transition practices and Douglass’ appointment will strengthen the Firm’s leadership in this sector. Douglass has 34 years of experience in private practice and his areas of focus include renewables, green hydrogen, corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs), battery storage, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and renewable gas.

Douglass has a wealth of experience advising on M&A, capital raising and project contracts, and maintains a global practice, having worked across Europe, Asia, the U.S., the Middle East and Latin America.
