SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Lee E. Sheldon as of counsel in its San Francisco office.
Sheldon has deep experience across the spectrum of employment litigation, with a focus on litigation covered by employment practices liability insurance. Sheldon joins Littler from Armijo & Garcia, house counsel for Chubb.
Sheldon defends employers in wide range of labor and employment disputes including harassment claims, discrimination claims, disciplinary matters, retaliation and wrongful terminations.
Sheldon received his J.D., with distinction, from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
