CENTURY CITY, CA—JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services worldwide, is pleased to announce the addition of Sukhsimran Singh, Ph.D., to its panel.
Dr. Singh’s long-standing career in mediation is built upon the foundation of using peaceful methods to resolve difficult conflicts.
Dr. Singh has successfully resolved hundreds of domestic, international and cross-border mediations. He practices in a wide variety of areas and has successfully mediated large, complex cases, including one valued at over $100 million.
Based in the Century City Resolution Center, Dr. Singh will serve as a mediator, arbitrator and neutral evaluator, handling complex public policy conflicts, business and commercial, employment, family law, higher education and Title IX, personal injury and torts, and real estate and real property disputes.
Dr. Singh’s practice, teaching and scholarship focus on advanced mediation, cross-cultural dispute resolution, faith-based mediation and utilizing modern theories, science and technology to devise creative solutions for global disputes.
Dr. Singh received his B.A. from India’s National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Columbia and Ph.D. from National Law University, Delhi, India.
