SAN FRANCISCO, CA—Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes real estate attorney Weston B. Rockers as principal in the firm’s San Francisco office. Rockers joins the firm’s national Real Estate Practice, having a deep background in commercial real estate.
Rockers focuses his real estate practice on acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, project and development finance and commercial leasing. He brings over a decade of real estate legal experience to Polsinelli, having significant experience representing institutional debt and equity funds, developers and lenders across multiple real estate product types throughout the United States.
Rockers works with REITs, developers, real estate and private equity funds, lenders, landlords and tenants. He joins a deep bench of attorneys who provide the practical solutions clients value, as well as vast experience in areas including transactions, financing structures and land use entitlements. Polsinelli’s real estate team has deep experience from acquisition and financing through development and leasing.
