MENLO PARK, CA—The International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) has announced that Todd A. Roberts, a partner at Ropers Majeski PC in Menlo Park, California, has accepted an invitation to join the IADC, the preeminent invitation-only global legal organization for attorneys who represent corporate and insurance interests.
With more than 30 years of broad and varied experience focused on business litigation, Mr. Roberts services as chair of Ropers Majeski’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the defense of businesses and management in fiduciary and shareholder disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, employment, real estate and business contracts, and insurance coverage and bad faith matters at both the court and appellate level.
