Sethna is the leader of Chuhak & Tecson’s 33-attorney Banking Group in Chicago and New York. She serves as a trusted advisor to banks and other financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity and FinTech firms, as well as real estate investors and small business owners who rely upon her stabilizing wealth of legal knowledge in the financial industry to document intricate transactions and dynamic enforcement proceedings.
An alumna of The John Marshall Law School and Providence College, Sethna helps her clients structure and document secured transactions, manage and monitor distressed credits, and navigate complex commercial litigation, business reorganizations, workouts and other matters of insolvency.
