WEST HARTFORD, CT—The litigation law firm of Gfeller Laurie LLP is pleased to announce to attorney Kevin Riexinger has been named partner. Kevin represents insurers in complex coverage disputes including cases involving allegations of extra-contractual liability and unfair claim settlement practices, and has broad experience in 1st and 3rd party insurance defense litigation. Riexinger represents clients from various industries in commercial disputes and liability actions, including product manufacturers in lawsuits involving catastrophic losses, construction companies, engineering firms and design professionals in lawsuits related to defects and contract disputes.
Riexinger is a 2021 Super Lawyers New Jersey Rising Star admitted in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. He holds a JD from Villanova University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Nichols College.
