TAMPA, FL—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Sara D. Accardi and Kyle W. Robisch, attorneys in the firm’s Tampa office, have been elevated to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
Ms. Accardi is a commercial litigator who regularly handles a wide range of commercial, real property, and business litigation matters. She represents businesses and commercial clients in complex litigation across a variety of industries in state and federal courts across the country. She also has handled contested consumer mortgage foreclosure trials for banks and mortgage services across the state of Florida. Ms. Accardi earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received her M.A. and B.A. from the University of Florida.
Mr. Robisch assists companies and individuals in protecting their business and personal interests through commercial, business, and complex litigation. Mr. Robisch represents a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, middle-market businesses, startups, closely held corporations and individual entrepreneurs, and frequently counsels clients on strategies to minimize legal risk and obtain favorable settlements. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and earned his B.A. from the University of Florida.
