MIAMI, FL—Cozen O’Connor is pleased to announce that Miami Office Managing Partner Susan N. Eisenberg has been elected to the Firm’s Board of Directors. She will serve a three-year term. In addition to managing the Miami office, Eisenberg has served on a number of firm committees and the Firm’s Management Committee.
Eisenberg has more than 25 years of experience representing employers in all aspects of employment matters and is widely recognized as one of the leading employment law attorneys in Florida. Eisenberg focuses much of her practice on wage and hour issues both on the compliance and litigation side. She has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience involving sex, race, religion, age, and disability harassment and discrimination issues. She also litigates non-compete and confidentiality issues.
She is Florida Bar Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and is a Fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. She is also a founding member of the Wage and Hour Defense Institute and its past president.
She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law.
