MIAMI, FL—AVILA welcomes Daniel Sanchez-Galarraga as senior counsel in the Real Estate, Zoning and Land Use practice, where he will focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Sanchez-Galarraga has represented buyers, sellers, and lenders in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has also represented landlords and tenants on various lease transactions, and has worked alongside institutional and private lenders on real estate loan transactions.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University, and completed a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, at the University of Miami School of Law.
