TAMPA, FL—Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) shareholder Duane Draper, Esq. was voted by his peers as one of the Tampa Bay area’s top public finance attorneys on Tampa Magazines’ 2023 Top Lawyers list. Draper was also selected on the list in 2021.
A shareholder of BMO, Draper currently chairs the firm’s Public Finance Group and serves as the Business Development Chair. BMO is a nationally recognized leader in public finance and it has one of the largest public finance practice groups in the southeastern U.S.
Draper has worked in public finance, either as an attorney or investment banker, since 1989. Since joining BMO in 1995, Draper has focused his practice on Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Underwriters’ Counsel and Bank Counsel representations including service as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Underwriters’ Counsel and Bank Counsel on financings for Florida counties, cities, special districts, interlocal agencies, and nonprofits. Draper is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell. He also is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and is listed in the Municipal Bond Attorneys’ section of The Bond Buyer Municipal Marketplace.
