Four Litigation Attorneys Join Hinshaw in South Florida

MIAMI and FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Four litigation attorneys have joined the U.S.-based law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in South Florida. The Coral Gables (Miami) attorneys are associates Veronica Dossat and Brendon Rios. The Fort Lauderdale attorneys are associates Paige Bennett and Jesse Nardy.

Veronica Dossat defends the interests of her clients in insurance coverage disputes and litigation, as well as coverage advice, and third-party issues. She has experience providing coverage analysis and litigating first-party commercial property claims, complex business issues, personal injury, fraud, bad faith, trust and estates, medical malpractice, and other civil matters. Before joining Hinshaw, Veronica was an associate with Hall, Lamb, Hall & Leto, P.A. in Miami. Veronica holds a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida.

Brendon Rios provides legal counsel in business and insurance coverage disputes at all stages of litigation and has experience in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Hinshaw, Brendon was an associate attorney with Thomas Quinn, LLP in Houston where he focused primarily on defending employers and insurance carriers in litigation of liability claims. Brendon holds a J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and a B.S. from the University of North Texas.

Paige Bennett represents clients in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters and is involved in all phases of litigation. Before joining Hinshaw, Paige was an appellate law clerk at the Fourth District Court of Appeal. She holds a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law and a B.A. from Liberty University.

Jesse Nardy focuses her litigation practice on general liability defense related to personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, and automobile liability. Prior to joining Hinshaw, she was an associate with Shuster & Saben LLC in Miami. Before entering private practice, she served as Assistant State Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Court of Florida. In that capacity, Jesse specialized in juvenile sex case prosecutions and represented the State in multiple jury trials. She holds a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and a B.S. in Criminology from Florida State University.
