JACKSONVILLE, FL—Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin is pleased to announce that Corey K. Setterlund, former associate, is now a shareholder in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
As a member of the Professional Liability Department, Ms. Setterlund focuses her practice on representing and defending insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes and first-party property litigation. She was recently selected to The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Insurance Law.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Ms. Setterlund obtained her juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Ms. Setterlund is one of 17 attorneys at Marshall Dennehey, including 10 women and seven men, who have been elevated to shareholder, effective January 1, 2022. The class of new shareholders includes one of the highest percentages – 59 percent– of women in the firm’s 60-year history. These new shareholders represent the firm’s four core departments – casualty, professional liability, health care and workers’ compensation – and come from 10 of the firm’s 19 regional offices.
