MIAMI, FL—David C. Miller, Esq. of Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) was named the 2023 H. Hamilton “Chip” Rice, Jr. Award honoree. The prestigious award is presented annually by the City, County, and Local Government Law (CCLGL) Section of The Florida Bar. This distinction is awarded annually to only one local government attorney who has served the Section with distinction through mentoring, teaching and leadership.
Miller was also selected as a speaker at the conference, where he discussed the topic of “Documentation in Public Employee Management.”
Miller is board-certified in Labor and Employment Law by The Florida Bar. An attorney for more than 24 years, his focus is on labor unions, employment litigation and human resources counseling, exclusively representing management.
