MIAMI, FL—Rennert Vogel Mandler & Rodriguez, P.A. (“RVMR”) further strengthened its seasoned Corporate Securities & Finance practice group with the arrival of Gabriel “Gaby” Jimenez Garcia. Based in Miami, Florida, Jimenez Garcia has substantial experience as a corporate practitioner.
Prior to joining RVMR, Jimenez Garcia practiced in the Miami office of a large international law firm and was associate general counsel with a South Florida-based private equity sponsor and registered investment advisor. He represents private and public companies in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, equity and debt issuances, joint venture transactions, financing arrangements and regulatory matters.
