Mersky, who has over a decade of experience in international tax and international estate planning, is a highly skilled lawyer who advises ultra-high-net worth individuals, family offices, global trust companies, and multinational businesses. As Gunster’s principal contact for international tax and private clients in the Miami office, his practice includes cross-border tax planning and international trust and estate planning for high-net-worth families moving to the U.S., investing in the U.S., or establishing trusts with U.S. beneficiaries.
