MIAMI, FL—Sidley is pleased to announce that Joshua M. Samek has joined the firm’s M&A, Private Equity, and Capital Markets global practice groups as a partner in Miami. He joins Sidley from DLA Piper, where he co-chaired the firm’s Florida Corporate practice. Bradley Brodie will also be joining Sidley as counsel in Miami.
Mr. Samek focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and financing transactions, and general corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare, technology, and life sciences sectors. He maintains a nationwide mergers and acquisitions practice representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies, public companies, and founders.
