FORT LAUDERDALE, FL—Shutts & Bowen is pleased to announce that Jeremy B. Shir has joined its Fort Lauderdale Office as a partner in the Land Use & Zoning Practice Group, an addition that will further expand the firm’s ability to address every facet of our clients’ real estate needs.
Shir focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, representing developers, property owners, companies and investors to facilitate multifaceted projects throughout the real estate entitlement and permit processes. He has experience in obtaining development approvals and permits for matters related to site plan approvals, re-zonings, variances and conditional uses. He also has experience in successfully obtaining fine reductions and mitigating settlements on behalf of his clients. Shir has particular experience handling land use and zoning matters in Broward County.
