Insurance attorney Stefany D. Esfandiary has joined the Miami office of the U.S. law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP as an associate.
Esfandiary focuses her practice on insurance services with a particular emphasis on the evaluation, resolution, and litigation of coverage disputes. She has experience handling both first and third party coverage disputes for various insurance companies.
Prior to joining Hinshaw, Stefany was an associate with Atkinson, P.A., in Miami, where she concentrated on insurance coverage matters related to personal injury and property damage.
Admitted in Florida, Esfandiary holds a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Global Studies, Romance Languages from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
During law school, Stefany was a student-clinician for the University of Miami’s Federal Appellate Clinic. In that capacity, she assisted the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Southern District of Florida with the cases of criminal defendants. Stefany also worked as a legal intern for Miami Homes for All, Inc.
