TAMPA, FL—Alicia Whiting Bozich has joined Carlton Fields’ Real Property Litigation practice as senior counsel in Tampa. She was most recently with Sivyer Barlow Watson & Haughey.
Bozich is a litigator with nearly 20 years’ experience representing clients in state and federal courts through all phases of civil litigation, including trial. She has participated in more than 100 civil trials and has handled both state and federal appeals.
Bozich’s litigation practice includes commercial disputes, business torts, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, contracts, creditor’s rights matters, and disputes relating to real property.
