ATLANTA, GA—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce the addition of highly regarded construction partners John I. Spangler III and Deborah Cazan to the firm’s newly launched Atlanta office.
Mr. Spangler joins from Alston & Bird as a partner in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group. He has more than 35 years of experience handling construction matters, including the negotiating and drafting of construction agreements, EPC, design-build, program management, and engineering agreements, and he regularly represents owners, contractors and design professionals in disputes, including jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Ms. Cazan also joins from Alston & Bird as a partner in the firm’s Construction Practice Group. She has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex, high-profile litigation, arbitration and mediation of construction, development, and real-estate related disputes, including claims for delay, acceleration, interference, defective construction, defective design, scope changes and other issues.
