Kelley Kronenberg Adds Seven Attorneys

Kelley Kronenberg announces the addition of seven attorneys. Alan Swindoll and Christine Soto joins the firm as Partners and Travis Barry, Aida Denis, Felipe Gonzalez, Austin McCoy, and Velicia Simmons join as Associates.

Soto is a Partner focusing her practice on First Party Property Insurance Defense. Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Soto worked as an Attorney representing Fortune 500 companies in general liability, premises liability, products liability, and personal injury matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Swindoll received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University with a double major in Political Science and Philosophy. He then earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While attending law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Edwin A. Scales III of the Third District Court of Appeal.
Denis assists in handling matters related to Probate Litigation, Estate Planning & Guardianship. Before joining the firm, Denis worked as Of Counsel for a boutique firm in South Florida, where she advised on matters related to Trust and Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Guardianship.

Barry handles matters related to real estate and mortgage foreclosure litigation. He also assists banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, Before joining Kelley Kronenberg, Barry worked at a national law firm, where he represented lenders in real estate matters, including title actions and foreclosure litigation.
Travis received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law, where he was awarded the Benjamin Hooks Distinguished Public Service Award for completing over 200 hours of pro bono work.
Gonzalez assists in handling matters related to Labor & Employment Law. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an Associate Attorney for a boutique firm in Miami handling Labor & Employment cases.
Simmons assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense. Prior to joining the firm, Simmons worked as a Staff Attorney for the Guardian Ad Litem Program, Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association.

McCoy assists in handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance Defense and is admitted to practice law in Florida and South Carolina. Before joining the firm, he worked as a Document Review Attorney handling complex litigation matter.
