BALTIMORE, MD—Baker Donelson, a national law firm with more than 650 attorneys and public policy advisors, today announced that corporate attorney Matthew Huddle has joined the Firm’s Baltimore office as a shareholder.
Working with entities across the corporate growth cycle from early-stage private companies to established, publicly traded entities, Mr. Huddle focuses his practice on representing international and middle market companies in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a concentration on representing companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and strategic joint ventures.
