Baker Donelson Adds Shareholder Jeffrey Yeatman to Complex Torts Group in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD—Jeffrey M. Yeatman, a litigator with extensive experience involving automotive and pharmaceutical products, has joined Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the Firm’s Complex Torts Group. Mr. Yeatman joins from DLA Piper, where he was a partner.

Mr. Yeatman, who is based in the Firm’s Baltimore office, marks the latest attorney to join Baker Donelson in Baltimore, where the Firm has focused on an aggressive growth strategy.

A graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law, Mr. Yeatman focuses his practice on the representation of domestic and international manufacturers in class action, mass tort, consumer fraud, products liability, and warranty litigation. With experience assisting numerous product manufacturers and distributors, he also represents clients in cases involving serious personal injury and death relating to allegations of product defects or malfunction, including serving in national counsel and coordinating roles.

In addition, his practice includes counseling companies regarding governmental reporting obligations and compliance with various federal statutes and regulations, including the Consumer Product Safety Act.
