This merger expands Ligris’ capabilities in matters involving the purchase, sale, development and leasing of residential, commercial and condominium property throughout Massachusetts. It also bolsters the firm’s title agent, title insurance and expert witness services. Joining Ligris is a team of 11 professionals: six attorneys, three paralegals and two in-house title examiners.
