BOSTON, MA—Boston law firm Sherin and Lodgen LLP is pleased to announce that David A. Michel, an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, has been elected 1st Circuit Representative of the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) Younger Lawyers Division (YLD) Board of Directors for the 2020-2022 term.
Michel is a member of Sherin and Lodgen’s award-winning Litigation Department, assisting clients in resolving complex business, real estate, construction, and employment disputes. His experience includes representing companies in a variety of complex civil and commercial disputes in federal and state court and through alternative dispute resolution. In particular, Michel represents companies, developers, and landlords involved in real estate and construction disputes, including adverse possession, construction and design contracts, and zoning.
The YLD is the largest division of the FBA, representing almost one fourth of the FBA’s total membership with more than 4,000 members.
