DETROIT, MI—Marko Law PLLC is pleased to announce that Jonathan R. Marko, firm founder and principal attorney, was selected to receive the Detroit Bar Association’s Section of the Year Award in appreciation for his outstanding leadership while serving as 2022-2023 chair of the Civil Rights Section.
Marko, who was also recently appointed to the Detroit Bar Association’s Board of Directors, will be formally recognized at the organization’s 187th Annual Dinner taking place at the Detroit Golf Club on June 15.

He has numerous published appellate decisions and has been recognized by local and national news outlets for his work in the legal field.
