MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Meagher + Geer announces that partner, Heather Neubauer, has been named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only.
Heather serves on Meagher + Geer’s Management Committee and chairs the firm’s Products Liability, Asbestos, Mass Tort/Toxic Tort, and Safety and Environmental practice groups. She focuses her litigation practice on the following types of matters: asbestos, construction defect, general liability, mass toxic torts, personal injury, and products liability.
