ST LOUIS, MO—Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli is pleased to announce that Shareholder Ruben K. Chuquimia has been named the new Office Managing Partner of the firm’s St. Louis office, effective June 1, 2023. Chuquimia is assuming the role previously held by Shareholder Jane E. Arnold, who was appointed co-chair of Polsinelli’s Business Department at the end of 2022. Chuquimia has been a shareholder at the firm for over 11 years and serves in several leadership roles across the firm, including as vice chair of the Securities and Corporate Finance Practice Group. He is also a member of the firm’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee and recently completed a three-year term as a member of Polsinelli’s Board of Directors.
Chuquimia focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, representing publicly traded companies and emerging growth companies, as well as private funds and other institutional investors.
