BOSTON, MA —Morgan, Brown & Joy attorney Danielle Jurema Lederman spoke at the “Legal Considerations of Having a Remote Workforce” webinar as part of the Mass Cultural Council webinar series, “Recover, Rebuild, Renew,” on May 6, 2021. Lederman joined the Arts & Business Council of Greater Boston in discussing best practices for implementing a successful work from home policy including COVID-19 considerations, working hours, employee privacy, data security, and risks and potential liabilities.
Lederman helps clients navigate the nuances of labor and employment law. In particular, she advises employers in a wide array of labor and employment matters including hiring, employee classification, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, leave laws, wage and hour law, and termination. She also litigates employment cases at all stages, including through summary judgment and trial, at the administrative, state, and federal levels.
