DENVILLE, NJ—Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Alma A. Godinez, Angelica M. Mercado and T. Matthew Wolfe II have joined the firm as associates.
Godinez joins the firm’s Accidents/Personal Injury practice group, and previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Yolanda Adrianzen, J.S.C. in the Passaic Vicinage in the New Jersey Superior Court. She works on personal injury matters including accidents, medical malpractice, and products liability. Godinez earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School where she served as a program coordinator for the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic and was an inaugural fellow for the Center for Immigration Law, Policy and Justice at the law school.
Mercado is a member of Einhorn Barbarito’s Family/Matrimonial Law practice and previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable John P. McDonald and the Honorable John W. Romankow in the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Family Part in Somerset County. She has experience drafting orders regarding motions and emergent applications in matrimonial and non-dissolution matters and preparing for divorce trials and plenary hearings. While earning her J.D. from the Seton Hall University School of Law, she also completed her master’s degree in diplomacy and international relations and has worked with multiple immigration nonprofits and public interest initiatives as a Center for Social Justice Scholar.
Wolfe joins the firm’s Wills, Trusts & Estates and Taxation practice groups where he provides strategic counsel to businesses and individuals on taxation, trust and estate planning, elder law, family wealth transfer and preservation planning, charitable giving, retirement distribution planning, and trust and estate administration. Wolfe earned his LL.M. (Masters in Law) from Boston University School of Law and his J.D. from the Concordia University School of Law and previously worked for an estate planning law firm in Boise, Idaho. He interned for the United States Attorney’s Office, District of Idaho and for the 4th Judicial District in Boise.
