HACKENSACK, N.J.—Pashman Stein Walder Hayden is pleased to announce that Jane F. Wolk has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Elder Law practice.
Wolk’s practice includes all aspects of probate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and the representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries. She is licensed by the state bars of both New York and New Jersey.
A graduate of Stanford Law School, Wolk worked for many years with some of the top practitioners in the field of trust and estate law, including Schulte, Roth & Zabel, DLA Piper and J.P. Morgan. Following her years in the world of “Big Law,” Wolk transferred her experience and expertise to a smaller, more personal setting, founding The Law Offices of Jane F. Wolk, LLC in 2010.
