FLORHAM PARK, NJ—Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is proud to announce that New Jersey Principal Ronald J. Campione has been elected to the National Association of Dealer Counsel (“NADC”) Board of Directors.
Campione is a principal in Bressler’s Business Litigation and Corporate & Commercial Transactions practices, representing businesses of all sizes in litigation, complex negotiation, arbitration (U.S. and International), mediation, transactions and counseling. For more than 20 years, he has represented dozens of automobile dealers in various legal matters including individual, mass and class actions and regulatory proceedings throughout the United States. Campione has extensive experience in the courtroom, regulatory and arbitral forums, and in transactional work and negotiations representing dealers with manufacturer issues and in buy/sell transactions. In addition to his career in the civilian legal profession, Campione serves in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate.
