DENVILLE, NJ—Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost & Botwinick, PC, is pleased to announce that Tiffany L. Heineman has joined as counsel in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, along with associate Adrianna Cassiere Allen and legal assistant Cat Simonelli. Prior to joining the firm, Heineman had a solo practice in Byram Township, New Jersey, in Sussex County, along with Allen and Simonelli.
Heineman focuses her practice on business and contract litigation, as well as general counsel work including assistance with commercial land transactions, shareholder transactions, business formation, contract review and drafting, and general business consultation.
Adrianna Cassiere Allen is an Associate and a certified mediator in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Accidents/Personal Injury practice groups.
