CHARLOTTE, NC—Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Leah M. Campbell, an attorney in the firm’s Charlotte office, has been elevated to counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
A member of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group, She has advised national mortgage servicers on FDCPA claims and counsels loan finance companies on Unfair, Deceptive, or Abuse Acts or Practices (UDAAP) claims, while also assisting banks with issues related to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
Ms. Campbell also provides intellectual property guidance in M&A and in corporate structuring matters and advises on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) implementation and cross-border encryption issues.
She received her J.D. from Tulane University Law School and earned her B.A. from The Evergreen State College.
