RALEIGH, NC—Cranfill Sumner LLP announced Charlie Raphun has joined the firm’s Raleigh Office. Charlie Raphun is Of Counsel.
Charlie Raphun will be joining the firm’s business and employment law team. He brings more than 30 years of business and transactional law experience, including knowledge in contracts, intellectual property, international business, telecommunications, and privacy law. He is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to practicing law, he is also a CPA, and a Certified Information Privacy Professional. He is a former military attorney and officer, who served as the Staff Judge Advocate for the U.S. Army Reserve Legal Command.
Raphun is a graduate of the University of Florida, the U.S. Army War College, and the University of North Carolina School of Law.
