Gambrell, Matthew “Matt” R. Mollozzi, Isaac K. Neill, Kaitlin D. Powers, C. Cowden W. Rayburn, Ben E. Shook, and Emily Pera Stevenson.
Robert K. Burrow represents banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients in the structuring, negotiating and documenting of senior debt financing arrangements, including secured and unsecured, single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency and cross-border financing facilities, and leveraged acquisition financings. He has worked on financings for companies in various industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, restaurants, defense, and consumer retail.
Suzanne K. Gainey focuses her practice on a wide range of technology, intellectual property (IP), and privacy matters, including transactional work. She concentrates on supply chain, licensing, technology and commercial transactional matters, as well as data security and privacy, for clients across numerous industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.
James “Van” V.C. Gambrell concentrates his practice on IP acquisition and licensing, supply chain and commercial transactions, and patent prosecution. His transactional practice includes IP acquisition and licensing matters, technology transfer agreements, data security compliance, supply chain, and other commercial and technology transaction matters. He also has significant experience managing a variety of IP diligence matters in connection with M&A agreements, financial lending transactions, and restructuring matters.
Matthew “Matt” R. Mollozzi practices in financial services, handling various equipment finance and structured finance transactions on behalf of financial institutions, lenders, lessors and borrowers with an emphasis on rail and aircraft equipment.
Isaac K. Neill represents bank and non-bank lenders, lead arrangers, underwriters, administrative agents and corporate borrowers and issuers in connection with the structuring, documentation and negotiation of debt financing transactions, with an emphasis on senior lending transactions.
Kaitlin D. Powers represents financial institutions, including commercial banks and Farm Credit System banks and associations, as well as insurance companies and other institutional investors in various senior and mezzanine financing transactions and investments. She advises clients on structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities and single-lender and syndicated lending transactions across a wide array of industries.
C. Cowden W. Rayburn focuses his practice on a variety of transactional fields, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, and general business issues. Cowden has represented a variety of clients in complex mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries, including publicly traded Fortune 100 corporations and private equity firms. In addition to drafting and updating corporate governance documents for established public and private companies, Cowden also works with a variety of startups and entrepreneurs in the launch of new ventures.
Ben E. Shook represents companies and individuals in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, business torts, and complex contract disputes. For clients across a wide array of industries, he has handled numerous federal and state court trials, including several bet-the-company disputes.
Emily Pera Stevenson has extensive litigation experience, representing employers in a full range of employment matters, including those brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act and their state law equivalents, and whistleblower statutes.
