Oden is an integral member of Ball Janik’s leadership team; she oversees operations for three offices in the Pacific Northwest and the Southeast United States. Her leadership is widely regarded internally and externally among fellow C-suite executives throughout the legal industry.
As the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Oden oversees the full gamut of the firm’s business operations — Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Facilities, IT, and HR. She sits on the firm’s Management Committee and Compensation Committee, and her overarching goal is to maximize the value and profitability of the firm. Oden is also a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium.
