TORONTO, CANADA—Littler, the world’s largest employment and labour law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Adrian Jakibchuk has rejoined the firm as a partner in its Toronto office.
Jakibchuk brings almost 20 years of experience in employment and labour law, guiding employers through all stages of the employment cycle. He regularly advises and represents clients in matters concerning human rights, employment standards, labour board hearings and collective agreement negotiations and administration, among others. Jakibchuk frequently appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and labour arbitrators and mediators.
Jakibchuk received his J.D. from the University of Toronto and his H.B.A., with distinction, from Ivey Business School.
