FORT WORTH, TX—Ty Stimpson, a partner at Varghese Summersett Injury Law Group, has been named the 2023 Young Professional of the Year by the Fort Worth Chamber.
The award, presented on August 31 at the Chamber’s annual Young Professionals Summit at TX Whiskey Ranch, recognizes young professionals who are trailblazing a path forward in Fort Worth. The recipient exemplifies leadership in their industry, organization, and community.

It speaks to a person who not only excels in their chosen field but uplifts those around them, fostering growth, innovation, and unity.

Stimpson is a highly-regarded trial attorney who leads Varghese Summersett Injury Law Group, where he combines his passion for the law with his compassion for helping people who have had their lives shattered through no fault of their own.
He holds a Master of Law Degree in International and Comparative Sports from St. John’s University School of Law; a Juris Doctor Degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University; and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Marketing from Baylor University.

During the award presentation, Stimpson was introduced by Jennifer Trevino, Executive Director of Leadership Fort Worth – a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and connecting diverse leaders.
