DALLAS, TX—Platt Cheema Richmond Senior Counsel Fareed Kaisani has been appointed as Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section for 2023.
Fareed’s practice is focused on representing creditors, asset purchasers, and other key stakeholder in bankruptcy cases. He also routinely advises clients on a variety of corporate matters including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial contract negotiation.
