DALLAS, TX—Stinson LLP is pleased to welcome Marc A. Myrin to the firm’s Dallas office. Myrin joins as a partner in its Real Estate & Public Finance Practice Division.
Myrin has been helping commercial real estate clients achieve their business goals through successful transactions for nearly 40 years. His practice focuses on deal-making within all aspects of the real estate industry, including mixed-use commercial and industrial multifamily development. Myrin counsels clients in the acquisition and disposition of income-generating property and raw land. He regularly handles lease negotiations and documentation, including retail, office, ground leases and sale-leaseback transactions, and asset and stock purchase agreements and sales, mergers and financing arrangements.
