DALLAS, TX—Locke Lord is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Boeck to Partnership level in the Firm’s Dallas office.
Boeck is an experienced commercial litigator and appellate attorney, primarily serving the financial, energy and firearms industries. Boeck has broad experience in proceedings ranging from private arbitrations to federal jury trials. He has given oral argument before the Dallas Court of Appeals and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court. Boeck also provides commercial and regulatory guidance to clients in the firearms industry, representing manufacturers, distributors and retailers of GCA and NFA firearms, as well as guiding interactions with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Boeck also assists clients with state tax litigation and appeals involving high-value assets such as pipelines, power plants and aircraft.
