SAN ANTONIO, TX—Dykema, a leading national law firm, announced today that Nick Monaghan, a member of the firm’s corporate and finance practice group, has been appointed to serve as Managing Member of Dykema’s San Antonio office. Monaghan follows James “Marty” Truss, who held the Office Managing Member position in San Antonio since January of 2018.
Monaghan began his legal career with Dykema as a summer associate in 2008. As a leading corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney, he has extensive experience counseling businesses, entrepreneurs, and investors in connection with significant transactions. He concentrates his practice on complex business transactions and has substantial experience advising clients in the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets.
In addition to his business acquisition experience, Monaghan represents entrepreneurs and investors in connection with business partnerships and investments. He also represents a number of San Antonio’s most notable nonprofit organizations.
Monaghan has consistently earned recognition for his legal acumen throughout his career.
