SALT LAKE CITY, UT—Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is pleased to announce that Terry E. Welch will be returning to the firm as a shareholder and board member on July 8, 2022. Terry worked at Parr Brown from 1990 to 2019 when he left to serve as a mission president for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is a past President and longtime shareholder. He remained affiliated as “of counsel” during his 3-year absence.
Mr. Welch rejoins Parr Brown’s 78-lawyer team and will focus on assisting clients with trial and litigation matters of all types. He has broad experience in complex litigation, representing multi-national, national and local businesses. He has handled intellectual property and patent litigation, antitrust, product liability, insurance and bad faith disputes, manufacturer/distributor relations, construction claims, trademark, trade dress, false advertising and Lanham Act matters.
