HOUSTON, TX—Baker Donelson attorney Tanya M. Santillan has been selected to participate in the 2021 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders Program, a program designed by the LCLD to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Ms. Santillan is an associate in Baker Donelson’s Houston office, where she concentrates her practice in complex commercial disputes. She is fully fluent in Spanish and English and is skilled in construction and energy disputes and domestic and international arbitration.
Designed to supplement training initiatives at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, the Pathfinder Program provides participants with practical tools for developing and leveraging internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies. Further, each Pathfinder is matched with a Program Facilitator, a mentor who plays a key role in helping Pathfinders connect what they learn in the program to the organization in which they work.
This year’s 404 Pathfinders will have access to several new virtual event series, which will provide numerous opportunities for small-group interaction and relationship-building with their peers.
