HOUSTON, TX—Houston family law and divorce lawyer Taylor Toombs Imel is again recognized among “Houston’s Role Models: Women in the Fast Lane of STEAM” by Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC). Each year, GHWCC celebrates leading executive women, men, and entrepreneurs in STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) careers.

Imel is a Shareholder with KoonsFuller Houston family and divorce law. Board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, she expertly represents clients from the beginning of a case through trial, settlement, or appeal. Her expertise includes pre and postnuptial agreements, as well as complex property division and highly contentious custody cases. Her experience and acumen in drafting divorce provisions in shareholder and other operating agreements assure her client and the corresponding entity, new shareholders, and investors by helping protect them from the potential instability that often arises during a divorce. Further, as an adult-child of divorce, Imel uniquely understands that divorce constitutes a traumatic event for most individuals and families and that the collateral damage that can result from the same must not be ignored when representing her clients.
