COPLEY,OH—The American Planning Association – Ohio Chapter (APA Ohio) has elected Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Tom Breidenstein to its Board of Trustees. Breidenstein will serve a four-year term as an At-Large Citizen member of the Board.
Breidenstein is Counsel to Stites & Harbison based in the Covington, Ky., office. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Service Group. His practice focuses on general commercial real estate, zoning and land use issues, and general civil litigation.
Outside of the firm, Breidenstein is active in the community. He is a member of a variety of professional groups, including the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American, Ohio and Kentucky Planning Associations. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Glendale (Ohio) Planning and Historic Preservation Commission. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
