MINNEAPOLIS, MN—Toni Ojoyeyi has experience working with very large Fortune 100 companies as well as smaller employers in a variety of industries. Her work includes advising on H-1B and other temporary work visas as well as green card processing.
Prior to joining Dorsey’s Labor & Employment Group, Ojoyeyi spent a year at a boutique immigration law firm in Minneapolis, and while in law school, she clerked at two other boutique immigration firms. She has experience with non-immigrant work visas (including E-2, H-1B, L-1) and employment-based immigrant petition processing (including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3), and PERM labor certifications.
Ojoyeyi also has experience and supports clients in individual and family-based immigration matters related to adjustment of status, immigrant visa processing, and naturalization.
